Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between you and Fitness Grind and Performance [legal entity, to be completed] for the use of FORGE by Coach Fe ("FORGE"), its apps and this website.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By using FORGE you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Health Disclaimer. You must be 18 or older.
2. Not medical advice
FORGE provides general fitness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice. You train at your own risk. Read and follow the Health Disclaimer.
3. Accounts
Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time; see Support.
4. Subscriptions, trials and billing
- Plans. FORGE offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Founding Member and Coaching). Prices are shown in the app and on this site and may vary by country.
- Apple and Google in-app purchases. Subscriptions bought in the app are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Web purchases. Where offered, subscriptions bought on the web are billed by our payment processor, renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled from the link in your receipt or by contacting support@forgebycoachfe.com. [Attorney to complete web refund terms.]
- Free trials. The Pro annual plan includes a free trial. It converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled before it ends. One trial per person.
- Founding Member. Founding Member pricing ($59.99/year) is available to the first 1,000 subscribers and is kept as long as the subscription stays active without a lapse.
- Coaching. Coaching spots are limited. Group calls are scheduled at our discretion and are not individual medical or therapeutic services.
- Price changes. We will give notice of price changes as required by the store or applicable law.
5. Referrals
"Give 7 days, get 7 days" rewards are promotional, limited to one redemption per new account, not transferable, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended. Self-referrals, fake accounts and other abuse void rewards.
6. Points, ranks, badges and challenges
Forge Points, ranks and badges have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes. Leaderboards may be moderated, and we may adjust points to correct errors or abuse.
7. AI features
Coach Fe AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for you. Use your judgment and do not follow any suggestion that feels unsafe. Do not submit other people's personal information.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of your logs and photos. You grant us a limited license to host and process them only to provide FORGE to you. Content you share publicly is shared by you.
9. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, harassment, reverse engineering, scraping, or interference with the service.
10. Intellectual property
The FORGE and Coach Fe names, logos, workouts and content belong to Fitness Grind and Performance. Scripture: King James Version (public domain). 11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
FORGE is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [Attorney to finalize.]
12. Termination
We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms.
13. Changes
We will post changes here and notify you in the app of material changes.

15. Apple-specific terms
These Terms are between you and Fitness Grind and Performance, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or warranty for the app, is not responsible for claims relating to it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them.
